The no-confidence debate was continued until midnight without anything very serious being said, except by Mr. Fisher in regard "to the Canterbury runs, which he &»id would be dealt fairly with after the whole question had bejn inquired into by an independent commission. Major Atkinson not opposing the adjournment, the Housd rose at 12 o'clock.
