ROAD BOARD NOTICES OTEPOPO ROAD DISTRICT. iOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it ' is the intention pf the Road Board to close the following-mentioned Road Lines and open others instead — 1. To close that road line leading through Sections 4, 5, 6, and 54, Block VIII., and to open one through the same Sections and Block. 2. To close that road line leading through Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block VIII., and to open one through the same Sections and Block. 3. To close that road line leading through Sections 50 and 51, Block VI., and to open another through the same Sections and Block. Plans (coloured purple) of the Roads to be closed, and of those to be opened in lieu thereof (coloured red) are open for public inspection at the Schoolhouse, where they will remain for twelve (12) weeks from this date. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the District Road Board of Waitaki to levy a GENERAL RATE of 3d. in the £ upon the rateable value of all properties within the District, for the year ending 31st March, 1878, on TUESDAY, 13th November next.
