INWARDS. September 27. Samson, p.s., 129 tons, Jones, from Dnncdin. H. Aitken, agent. PassengersMrs. Dewey ; Miss Thomson; Rev-A. a. Todd Captain Macfarlane ; Messrs. 1 hornson, Morton, Cottrell ; and three steerage. Franklin Belle, ketch, Brakshaw, from Dunedin- Master agent. VESSELS IN PORT. Barque —Tasso. Brigantine—Roderick Dhu. Schooner —Dunedin.
The Union Steamship Company's p.s. Samson, Captain Jones, arrived from Dunedin at 5 a.m. this morning, with 60 tops cargo and 10 passengers. She leaves again for Dunedin at the usual hour to-night. The ketch Franklin Belle, Captain BradBhaw arrived from Dunedin this morning with 244 casks cement for the Harbour The'ketch Anna, from Timaru, bound for Dunedin, ran into this port for shelter last evening, and left again this morning The brigantine Roderick Dim has finished loading for Auckland, and will probably sail The s.s. Waitaki is due here from Dunedin at 1 p.m. to-morrow.
