Star and Garter Hotel, Oamaru, on FRIDAY, 2Sth SEPTEMBER, 1577 THREE THOUSAND ACRES of Splendid Wheat-growing LAND, sub-divided into TWELVE FARMS, Each being well watered, and of the richest limestone formation, and in quality equal to the best land in the Oamaru district.
