Star and Garter Hotel, Oamaru, on FRIDAY, 2Sth SEPTEMBER, 1577THREE THOUSAND ACRES of Splendid Wheat-growing LAND, sub-Jivided into TWELVE FARMS, Each being well watered, and of the richest limestone formation, and in quality equal to the best land in the Oamaru district. The block has been carefully divided, each farm containing from 200 to 300 acres, with the exception of 900 acres, which will be sold in one lot, due regard being paid to the advantageous working, water, and access to each. lot.
