Flenrng and Hedley report that they sold on Saturday, on account of the Corporation, the base for one year of three paddocks, as follows :-No. 1. 9i acres, to Mr. M'-Nab, at 33s per acre ; No. 2, Ih acres, to Mr. David Heron, at )er acre ; Ao. 3, 5 acres, to Kobert Kcenan, at 75s per acre. Also, the lease f.-r five years of reserve m Severn-"-treet, about 3 yeais, for Li 6 10s annual rental.
