LATEST WAR NEWS. (agent <;enekal\s telegram.) London, September 14. After four days'cannonade, the redoubt was taken by the Russians, with a heavy slaughter. Five thousand Russians were wounded. The killed is not estimated. Plevna is still occupied by the Turks. Sulieman Pasha is advancing on Gabrova.
The Czar and his army were driven back on to Biela by Mehemet AH. Prince Charles and the forces commanded by him, behaved with great gallantry before Plevna. Forty of his officers and private s were decorated by the Czar, who was present at the battle on a platform. (J) has been taken by the Montenegrins, together with a battery of guns and war material. On the Czar's Birthday the Austrian Einper<ir drank the tieulth of his dear friend the Czar. .
