SATUKDAY. (Before His Honor Judtje Harvey.) IN BANKRUPTCY. Re Patrick Ford.—On the application of Mr. O'Meagher, a final order of discharge was granted in this case. Re C. F. Goldauimer,—Mr. O'Meagher moved for a final order in this case. Mr. Balmer appeared to oppose on behalf of one creditor, P. Dunbar. His Honor said that as some of the evidence had been heard before Judge "Ward, he would adjourn it so that Judge Ward could conclude the case. Re John Haggie.—Mr. O'Meagher applied for a final order. After some discussion, during which the conduct of the Trustee (Jlr. J. Liddle) wa3 strongly condemned, his Honor granted the order. Re Stewart Richmond.—On the application of Mr. O'Meagher, an order was granted declaring the complete execution of a detd of arrangement between the Larikiupt and his creditors. The Court was then adjourned sine die.
