The ship Timaru, from London, is at tlie Heads. The Waste Lnnds Board has resolved not to re-leaso Runs No. 414 a and No. 414n, which will be thrown open for agricultural settlement. Run No. 415 is to be re-Jeased. In spite of his Honor Judge Williams' opinion as to the power of the Board to charge an acreage rent over the assessment, the Board, by the casting vote of the C'iairman, carried a resolution to submit Run No. 41 o at an assessment rental only. Up to noon today, 100 applications have been lodged here for the Chatton Hundred.
