In this case, Mr. O'Meugher, on behalf of a number of creditors,. obtained an order, calling upon the trustee in the estate (Mr. James Scuullav) <J'.\ call a meeting of the creditors, and produce a statement of accounts and vouchers at that meeting, in accordance with section 115 of the Bankruptcy Act, 1870; the meeting to be held in Oamaru. The Court then rose.
