On and after June 1. Mails will Close— For Duncdin and intermediate offices, daily, at 6 a.m. A extra mail will be despatched to Maheno daily, at 1.30 p.m. Foi Pukeuri and Waitaki, daily, at 9 a.m. For Waimate, Timaru, Christchurcli, and North Island, daily, at 9 a.m. and 2.45 p.m. For Papakaio and Duntroon, daily, at 2.45 p.m. For Awamoko, on Tuesday and Thursday at 2.45 p.m. For Jlaerewhenua, I ! pper Ferry, and Oamarama, on Tuesday, at 2.45 p.m. For Weston and Teaneraki, daily, at 2.30 p.m. tor Duncdin and Soutli, per p.s. Samson, on Monday and Thursday, at 5 p.m. ; and per s.s. aitaki, on Wednesday and Saturday, at 10 a.m. Mails for Fiji, Sandwich Islands, America, United Kingdom, and Continent of Lurope, &c., via San Francisco, will close at Oamaru on Wednesday, the 22nd inst., at 6 a.m. FRED. BICKNELL, Postmaster. ENGLISH AIAIL DATES. The English mails will arrive at and be despatched from Dunedin as under:—
Note.—Hie arrival or departure at or from Oamaru will, of course, be a day aiter in the former case, and a day before in the latter.
