Sydney, August 3. The Colonial Treasurer has given notice of motion for Thursday in the Assembly to the effect that as the contractors for the Pacific Mail Service are unable to carry out the forced service, the House approves of the modification proposed by the Lite Ministry. A vote of censure has been carried against the Tasmanian Ministry, who have resigned.
