AUCTIONEERS' REPORT. Messrs. Fleming and Heclley report that they held a sale ou Saturday, at their stores, of oats. There was a large attendance, and fair competition for small lots, prices realised being from 3s 9d to 3s lid per bushel. Only a portion of Ihe oats were sold; the remainder, not reaching the reserve, were -withdrawn. The property advertised—bee. 8, Block X., Oamaru Town—was afterwards offered, but there were no buyers present. They also held a sale on the same day—the furniture, &c, at the Criterion Boardinghouse—at which there was a large attendance, and good prices were obtained. The equity of redemption of the boarding-house was submitted, and bought in at LI9O.
