The Turkish army corps, concentrated at Plevna, threatens tiie Russian communication with Roumania. The Turkish Landwehr has been called out. July 23, 10.30. Sulieman Boy was defeated at Karatunas (query Ivarabunar). An agitation has been instituted at San Francisco against the Chinese. A vigilance I committee has been formed.
