AUCTIONEERS' REPORT. Mr. A. H. Maude reports that lie held a sale at Mr. George Greenfield's residence, Wansbeck-street, of the remainder of the lease of section 4, block XUI (.-übject to a ground rent of 1-7 10s per annum), witn a good five-roomed house and other improvements thereon. Alse a quantity of superioi household furniture, pictures &c. There was a large attendance, and satisfactory prices were obtained throughout, lhe iemainder of the lease was knocked down to Mr. M'Corkindale, at a price equ.d to L3SI.
