SCENE IN THE ENGLISH HOUSE OF COMMONS.
Bombay, July 27, 10 p.m. Obsiructivencss on the part of a few Irish members has culminated in an unprecedented scene in the House of Commons. Parnell was ordered to leave the House, and was suspended until Friday, when Sir Stafford ISTorthcote submitted a motion to alter the rules in order to facilitate business.
