RESIGNATION OF DISRAELI. CESSATION OF THE BOMBARDMENT OF KARS. Singapore, July 17. Londox. July 12. It is reported that Disraeli is anxious to resign tiio Premiership in consequence of i!i health; The Russians liave occupied Plevna. The Russian siege and artillery have been withdrawn, and the bombardment of Ivars is stopped.
