CHINA.
In the Coreas famine is making frightful ravages. The natives are everywhere starving to death, and crowds of beggars are wandering about in search of food, emaciated to the last degree. The Corean Government has appointed the 10th, 20th, and 30th of each month for the relief of the distressed. The plague is aggravating the sufferings of the people.
