When discharged, Hugh M'Kenzie, one of the accused, knelt in the dock, and publicly thanked God for his deliverance. Mr. Cox, M.H.R., addressed hia constituents at To Awamutu, Waik»*a. A vote of " Want of confidence " by a large majority.
