On and after June 1, Mails will Close— For Dunedin and intermediate offices, daily, at 6 a.m. For Pukeuri and Waitaki, daily, at 9 a.m. For Waimate, Timaru, Christchurch, and North Island, daily, at 9 a.m. and 2.45 p.nu For Papakaio and Duntroon, daily, at 2.45 p.m. For Awamoko, on Tuesday and Thursday at p.m. For Jlaerewhenua, Upper Ferry, and Oamarama, on Tuesday, at 2.45 p.m. For Weston and Teaneraki, daily, at 2.30 p.m. For Dunedin and South, per p.s. Samson, on Mondav and Thursday, at 5 p.m. ; and per s.s. Waitaki, on Wednesday and Saturday, at 10 a.m. A supplementary British mail, via Christchurch and San Francisco, will close at this oflice at 9 a.m. on Thursday, 2Sth inst. British and other mails, via Suez and Brindisi, on Saturday, 30th inst., at 6 a.m. FRED. BICKNELL, Postmaster.
