MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
THIS DAY. (More T. W. r.viiiu-.n, Esq., K.M.) !AUCBNY. Jiunoa Mackic, alius James Mackay, was brought up on a charge of having, at Ashburtun, on the 27th November last, stolen a certain book of poems, the property of James Campbell.—The accused was remanded to Ashburton. FoncKitY. George Bucco Hall was charged with forgery and uttering at Cliristchurch on the 2nd March. — Accused was remanded to Cliristchurch.
