Notice is hkiikby given, that the " Common Lodging-Houses t (rdinance. 1862," and Ar.ienclmeub Ordinance, ißi>4,'' are NOW IN FOBCE, together with the Bye-Laws passed thereunder, by this Council, within the Municipality of Oainaru, the said Bye-Laws having duly received the assent of his Excellency the Governor. All Tenants and Keepers of Common Lodging-Houses, v.ithiu rhe Municipality, are hereby required, in accordance with Section 6 of the "Common Lodging-Houses Ordinance, 1802," to register such house, by delivering, at the Town Clerk's Office, on or before the 30th DAY of -JUNE, INS;'., a Notice in form of Schedule A to the Ordinance, together with a Certificate, signed by six respectable householders, as per Schedule B to the said Ordinance. The necessary Forms can be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office ; and Notice is Hereby Further Given, that, as provided in Section 20, the Keeper o< any Common Lodging-House, or any other persons' having or acting in the care and management thereof, who shall omit to cause Ir.s House to be Registered, as aforesaid, is liable to a penalty not exceeding Five Founds ( i'j), and to a further penalty not exceeding Two Pounds (£2) for every day while the oii'ence continues.
