On and after June 1, Mails will Close— For Dunedin and intermediate offices, daily, at 6 a.m. For Pukeuri and Waitaki, daily, at 9 a.m. For Waimate, Timaru, Christchurcli, and North Island, daily, at 9 a.m. and 2.45 p.m. For Papakaio and Duntroon, daily, at 2.45 p.m. For Awamoko, on Tuesday and Thursday at 2.45 p.m. For Maerewhenua, Tipper Ferry, and Oamarama, on Tuesday, at 2.45 p.m. For Weston and Teaneraki, daily, at 2.30 p.m. For Dunedin and South, per p.s. Samson, on Monday and Thursday, at 5 p.m. ; and per b.s. Waitaki, on Wednesday and Saturday, at 10 a.m. British and other mails, via San Francisco, will close at this office on Wednesday, 27th inst., at 6 a.m. FRED. BIOKNELL, Postmaster.
