Singapore, June 18, 10.38 p.m. The Turks crossed the Kodor (?) and defeated the Cossacks. Mukhtar Pasha is strongly entrenched at Zewin. His right wing confronts the Russian left wing at Alaschgerd. The Turks at Olti are advancing to Pennek. :19th, 12.23 a.m. The Turkish right wing in Asia has taken up an offensive position. Repeated Russian attacks on Kars have been repulsed. Bombay, June 18, 1.30 a.m. MacMahon has asked the Senate to assent to dissolve, because the Government is unable to exist with the present Chamber without submitting to the Radicals, and paving the latter's way to power.
