A CORRECTION.
TO THE EDITOR OF TEE EVENING 3IAIL. Sir,—l wish to make a small correction in to the evidence which appeared in your issue of yesterday. Your reporter has made a slight mistake in taking the evidence. Ho has stated that the buy was kicked when he was down. Such evidence was not given, nor was such an act committed on tie boy. Please just make this small correction, and oblige The Accused.
