AUCTIONEER'S REPORT. Mr. A. H. Maude reports that he he'd a sale of freehold property and houehold furniture, on account of Mr. James Angus, yesterday. There was a good attendance, and the furniture fetched good prices. 'I he property, being section 7, block LXXV., with five-roomed house and outbuildings thereon, aold for a price equal to L3OO, Mr. M'Kellar being the purchaser.
