rX BANKRUPTCY. YESTERDAY. (!>:orc his lienor District Judge Ward.) RE ROBERT WILLIAM BOTTIXO. Mr. Hislop applied for an order for the discharge of the bankrupt.—After the bankrupt had been examined by the Judge, an order of discharge was granted. KE THOMAS HILLIKER. Mr. O'Meng'ier asked that an order should be made in this case, calling upon the trustee (Mr. James Scoular) to attend the Court, and show cause why he had not called a meeting of the creditors in this estate. —His Honor made the order applied fur. KE JOHN JOHNSON. Mr. O'Meagher moved for an order to bring James Wilson, a creditor, before the Court.—His Honor granted a summons calling on the creditor to show cause why he should not be called upon to appear before the Court for examination. RE ROBERT SMITH. Oti the application of Mr. Mirams, an order for the bankrupt's discharge was granted. KE CHARLES FREDERICK GOLDAMMER. Mr. Balmer applied for an order adjudicating the debtor a bankrupt, on the motion of Peter Dunbar, a creditor. —The order was granted, the debtor to appear before the Court for examination on the 7th July. itE JOHN HAGGIE. Mr. O'Meagher moved to bring this estate under the Debtors and Creditors Act of IS7G. The order was granted according! v.
