On and after June 1, Mails will Close— For Dunedin and intermediate offices, daily, at 0 a.m. For Pukeuri and W'aitaki, daily, at 9 a.m. For Waiinate, Timaru, Christchurch, and North Island, daily, at 0 a.m. and 2.45 p.m. For P;-.pakaio and Duntrnon, daily, at 2.45 p.m. For Awaiuoku, on Tuesday and Thursday at 2.45 p.m. For Maerewhenua, Tipper Ferr\-, and Oamarama, on Tuesdav. ::t 2.J5 p.m. For Weston and Teanoraki, daily, at 2.30 p.m. For Dunedin and South, per p.s. Samson, on .Monday and Thursday, at 5 p.m. ; and per s.s. W'aitaki, on Wednesday and Saturday, at 10 a.m. British and other mtils, via Suez and Brindisi, will close at this office on Saturday, 2nd June, at G a.m. Letters may he registered during' the ordinary office hours, and for despatch by any mail, one hour before the closing of such mail.
