Messrs. Helmuth, Schwartz, and Co. telegraph to Cargills, Gibbs, and Co., under date 23rd inst.:—The lately telegraphed improvement has not been maintained. The market is lower, and prices are irregular. The wool trade is much affected by the present state of politics in France.
