DISASTROUS FLOODS.
LATEST WAR NEWS-SERVIA PREPARING. London, May 24. Disastrous floods have occurred in Roumania, which carried away a number of bridges, railways, and other works. The Turkish ironclads are bombarding the Caucassian towns on the coast of the Black Sea. The Emperor Alexander proceeds to the Ployesti head-quarters. On his arrival it is expected that active operations on the Danube will commence. Warlike preparations are going forward ill Sorvia. notwithstanding the dissuasion of Russia. The intervention of Austria will probably be provoked should Servia move. <& Syoney, May 23.
