DISASTROUS FLOODS.
LATEST WAR NEWS-SERVIA PREPARING. London, May 24. Disastrous floods have occurred in Roumania, which carried away a number of bridges, railways, and other works. On his arrival it is expected that active operations on the Danube will commence. Warlike preparations are going forward ill Sorvia. notwithstanding the dissuasion of Russia.
