LONDON WOOL MARKET.
May 22.
The Loan and Mercantile Agency Company report, under date London, May 18, as follows:—"Wool.—Competition is increasing, and quotations, on an avearge, are a half-penny to a penny better than at the opening. The principal advance is in superior greasy and superior combing. Washed and scoured cross-breds remain unchanged. Seedy and burry wools are neglected up to date. 58,000 bales have been sold."
