Ths President undertook to community with their Honors Judges Chapman id Bathgate, asking

them to deliver lectures in aid of the Institute funds. LIBRARIAN. " It was resolved that at the next meeting of the Committee the question of having a librarian constantly in attendance at the Institute be taken into consideration. A vote of thanks to the chair brought the proceedings to a close.
