The senate of the Melbourne University have negatived the proposition if Professor Andrew for the removal of the University to a central site in the city. An alarm of small-pox was caused through an eruption breaking out on a sailor who had been a passenger by the R.M.S. Bangalore. The case proved to be a mild attack of chicken-pox.
