THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parker, Esq., R.M.) BREACH OF EYE-LAWS. A. Toms v. Hay akt> Bark. This case, which, was adjourned yesterday, was for erecting a building adjoining the defendants premises' in Severn-street, without first obtaining the necessary permission from the Corporation, again came on for h earing. Defendants pleaded guilty, anl were fined 40s. CIVIL CASES. Watson and M'lntosh v. S. Wates.— Claim, L2l 19s. Id. for goods supplied.— Defendant did not appear. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, with costs added. .J. Grave v. P. Fom>. —Claim, Ll2 14s. 6d. for goods supplied. —Defendant did not appear. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, with costs added. J. Beown v. G. Douglas. Claim, LlO 2s. 6d., cash lent and goods supplied. Defendant did not appear. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed, with costs added. CORPORATION OF OA3IAB.U V. KINROSS. —This case was adjourned till Tuesday, the 17th instant.
