This case, which, was adjourned yesterday, was for erecting a building adjoining the defendants premises' in Severn-street, without first obtaining the necessary permission from the Corporation, again came on for h earing. Defendants pleaded guilty, anl were fined 40s. CIVIL CASES. Watson and M'lntosh v. S. Wates.— Claim, L2l 19s. Id. for goods supplied.— Defendant did not appear.
