SPECIAL CABLEGRAM.
Messrs. Cargills, Gibbs, and Co. received the following cablegram from Messrs. Helmuth, Schwartz, and Co., dated London, March 26th :—The sale closed dull, but without further change in the prices. The November advance i lost. Prices are as low as the closing sales of the third series of last year (August). Only prices for all superior classes are well maintained. The general state of the trade is unsatisfactory. There is no confidence in the future. The quantity withdrawn in this series comprises 380,000 (?) bales, including which 380,000 bales are expected for next sales."
