The baths will be furnished with dressing-rooms and waiting-room, and will be entirely iseclitd'd from public view. The lowest level of the bath will be placed at the level of low water mark, ami the Bath will be supplied by a pipe which will fill it at high water, an.f will drain it (when required) at b>w water. It is proposed to employ a married couple, who will reside at the Baths, to attend to the requirements <>f male and female bathers. The Town Council of Oamaru, with a view to the public good, has intimated his willingness to grant to the Company on kasc. at a nominal rental, a piece of ground for the purposes of the undertaking.
