The case came before the Court to-day, bv.t was adjourned at the reqno3 : j of defendants' counsel, to allow time for an important witness (v, arrive from Melbourne. This witness, il. is said, will prove that neither Pooley or Tiramhall were concerned in the destruction of the plans, clothing, &c.
