DUNEDIN RACES.

At the Forbury to-day some fast work was done. Punga strides over the ground much in her old style ; but her coat does not look so becoming as last year. The gallop of the morning was between Fishhook and Stanley, who went two miles with the Cup weights up. O'Brien's horse went strong and free, but the other shot his bolt. The Bower shows no signs of lameness. The trainer affirms that he was never freer from defect. (From the Evening Star's Special Correspondents. )
