\ Hippo and King Philip were on the I Beach early this morning, and did some I quiet work. Cloth of Gold and Dead J Heat went three miles, in clothing, at a

steady pace. ■ There is great curiosity to see Delamain's-lot. The trio went two miles at a steady pace, all sound, but Elfin looked rather fine. Punga was sent twice round by herself, doing a strong gallop. Right Bower and Haphazard had a quiet canter. Bower's omission from J. C. Handicap is owing to a mistake.
