WOMAN DROWNED.

Dunedin, March 8.

A dressmaker named Mrs. Young was drowned yesterday afternoon while bathing at the Ocean Beach with two women of the town and a cabman. Deceased was carried out to see by the tide, and washed in again some minutes afterwards. The body was conveyed to the Hospital, where an inquest will be held. The deceased was a widow, and leaves three children.
