MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

THIS DAY. [Before G. Sumpter Esq., and T. A. Clowes, Esq., J.P.'s]. DRUXK AND DISORDERLY. James Johnston was charged with being drunk and disorderly the previous day, and this being his first offence he was discharged with a caution. ASSAULT. D. H. Brown was charged with assaulting C. J. Harris, of Oamaru. Defendant was fined 405., or seven days'imprisonment.
