MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
TH 1 S DAY. (Before James Udall, Esq., J.P.) UNNATURAL OFFENCE. William Brown was charged with the perpetration of the above oftence on the 12th inst., at Egapara. The hearing of the case was adjourned till Friday. STEALING FROJI A DWELLING. Alice Lavine was charged that she did, at Kakaimi, on the 13th instant, feloniously steal from the dwelling-house of one William Walker the sum of £ll in notes, consisting of two £5-notes and one £l-note, the property of James. Freshwater. The prisoner was further charged that she did, on the same date and at the same place, steal from the house of the said "William Walker one lady's imitation sealskin jacket, of the value of 10s., the property of Mary Walker. The case was adjourned till Friday next. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. George De France, charged with being drunk and disorderly in Itchen-street last night, was, on account of not being known to the police, cautioned and discharged.
