WE beg to offer for PUBLIC TENDER, up to 2Sth inst., all that portion of THE CAPE, near the sea, for ONE OR TWO CROPS. A considerable portion of it has been already ploughed. There is very little flax upon it, and its proximity to the Town and Station will cause cartage expenses to be a very small item. The STRAW will be PURCHASED, if desired, by the Proprietor. Also, we beg to offer for Two Years Cropping, THREE FARMS (about nine miles from Oamaru, and three mile 3 from the Teaneraki Railway Station) of 260, 270, and 125 Acres respectively. They have been for some years in English Grass, and should yield a magnificent crop of wheat. The adjoining land was broken up last year, and the crop now being harvested is very good indeed. Also, we beg to offer ONE FARM in the same locality, about 200 acres, with a 28acre Reserve on it, for One or two Crops. This land is in tussock. LEES & MOORE.
