NOMINATION FOR COUNCILLOR.
Mr. Samuel Gibbs was to day proposed by Mr. T. W. I-lislop, and seconded by Mr. Hardy, as Councillor for Severn Ward, in place of Mr. J. Bee, resigned. As he was the only candidate, he was declared duly elected.
