A hotise on deck, covering the whole, would give accommodation for dressing-rooms, &c, while one of the now almost disnsed sorf boats, battled to and fro on a strong fixed rope, would give communication with the shore. Such in rough outline is a plan which we think would meet the exigencies of the occasion, and enabte tine people of Oamarn to enjoy sea battling with safety and comfort. That many modifications eotdd be made we freely admit, and, as we said before, we only hope that this suggest ton of ours will bring out others probably better.
