A. telegraphic despatch from Earl CarInnrvun re the telegrams from Grey and Itfacandrew, says Abolition will net be disallowed by the Queen, "by advice of \m officers of the Crown ; and trusts the thrsatened disturbances are not likely to wur. Her Majesty has confidence that the byatty of her cotonists will not attempt any breach of the constitutional law and order, mil has entire confidence in the judgment of the Governor. The despatch was laid on the table, and a copy sent to Sir Qoorge Grey and Mr. Macandrew.
