Complaints having been made I>y several Friendly Societies that the new Friendly Societies Bill pro]H>scd to be introduced by the Government had not been forwarded to them, it has been ascertained that the cause is in tftosc Societies not having been registered ; but it is tinderstood that any Society making application to the Minister of Justice, and giving its address, will receive copies : or any registered Society requiring extra copies, can also obtain thctu in the same way. BANK MANAGER. Mr. Eliot, who was recently appointed Inspector for New Zealand of the National Bank, has been re-appointed to the Managership of the Bank of Australasia in Melbourne. BRADSHAW.
