RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for the Reidston Handicap and Reidston Cup must be scut in, in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, at the Medora Hotel, Reidston, containing qualiiication and nominations —together with- the name, age, and colour of the hordes, and colours of the riders, not kter than May l.'J.
