RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for the Reidston Handicap and Reidston Cup must be scut in, in sealed covers, addressed to the Secretary, at the Medora Hotel, Reidston, containing qualiiication and nominations —together with- the name, age, and colour of the hordes, and colours of the riders, not kter than May l.'J. Weights to appear in The Evj-:sini; Mail of May 13. No person to cuter a horse unless a subscriber of at least £1 Is. to the race fund; and no person to nominate unless both owner and nominator are subscribers of that amount. All entries to be in sealed covers (containing name, age, and colour of horse, and colours of rider), and directed, to the Secretary for the Reidston Races, at the Medora llotel, Reidston. The North Otago Turf Club rules will be strictly adhered to, unless when otherwise specified. No entries will be accepted but upon the express conditions that the decisions of the stewards shall, in all cases, be final, and from which there shall be no appeal. Three horses to start in eacii race, or only one-half the advertised money will be paid the winner. Five per cent, will be deducted from all winnings for expenses.
