Nelson, Wednesday. CASE 'AGAINST MILLAII, F.S.A. In tho Supremo Court yesterday, the ease of Millar, late Provincial Engineer, charged with obtaining money under false pretences, lasted all day, and until nine at niglit, when the Jury, after a very few minutes' consideration, returned a verdict of "2fot Guilty."
