Bartleet will and there was not go South for some doubt as- to the champs, whether she would go south, but the Auckland lady champion is O.K. again, and should give an excellent account of herself, despite limited opportunities of practice. Mrs. Dykes is combining a holiday with participation m the singles. She has been handicapped by lack of play the past season or two, but on Saturday she showed some of her old form m beating Miss Robertson, the young Varsity player, who is one of the most promising of the younger brigade m Auckland.
